Hiring and all disciplinary matters, booking and coverage of holidays, dealing with sickness and sickness cover and the use of temporary labour to ensure the smooth running of production. Booking of finished goods into warehouse by each completed work orders. Ensure the quality of the finished goods and the completion of data documentation, ad hoc duties as requested by line manager. 3-5 years work experience in an automated serial production plant as a supervisor, good working knowledge of computing, technical and mechanical experience of production machinery, flexible and adaptable. |

| Plant Quality Manager |

| To guarantee specified defined quality of goods and products that are used within the plant to produce final product. To ensure the products are produced according to the methods provided and documented by central quality management and process instructions and work instructions. To be responsible for the incoming inspection and test of specified raw materials from third party suppliers. To be responsible for the test and regular control of products produced in house and processes used within production. To plan and manage the required resource to enable this to happen in a timely manner to prevent any interruption of production or finished goods despatch. Conduct regular product, process and systems audits to assure the compliance with customers, manage the interface between the manufacturing company and third party auditing and approval companies. Continous controlling and improvement of QC processes in order to improve Health and Safety, ehanced efficiencies and reduced cost. Joint development of process changes within the relevant parties from Quality Management, Production and product development. Introduction and training of new processes with reports. Monitoring of hygiene levels within the clean rooms, mixiing plant and warehouse using microbiological testing techniques. Taking direct responsibility and control for the fixed cost budget. Three years experience in production and/or laboratories, three years experience in the area of Quality Management. Experience of Quality and Health and Safety standards such as IS09002, IS014001 and 0HSAS18001. Trained Quality and H&S Manager and Internal Auditor. Experience in planning and performing chemical experiments. Fluent English Language, German helpful. Experience of managing Health and Safety within a manufacturing organisation. MS 0ffice, MS-Project. |

| Maintenance Technician |

| Maintenance Technician for Bicester company, to perform first aid and repair service with production equipment to prevent breakdowns of if not possible, to keep it as short as possible. Perform regular planned preventive maintenance service on production equipment. Three years work experience in production and maintenance, experience in failure detection of electro/mechanical and pneumatic equipment, PC literate, apprenticeship in practical mechanical and/or electromechanical engineering, automation and maintenance of equipment. Also helpful if additional practical trxaining as industrial mechanic, machine fitter, tool-smith.
Rotating two shift pattern. |
